ONLY THING I HAVE FOUND WRONG WITH THE PRESERVE IS THEY LET THESE PIRATES ON WHEELS IN OUR PRIVATE GATE TO TAKE OUR VEHICLES THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE TAKEN MINE AND ITS 208 BUCKS TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE TOWED 11 MILES TO THEIR ESTABLISHMENT YOU COULD RENT A LEAR JET CHEAPER THAN THAT AND ALSO FOR THE RECORD I ASKED THE TOW COMPANY 3 WEEKS AGO WHERE MY DAUGHTER SHOULD PARK IF VISITOR PARKING IS FULL AND HE TOLD ME AND MY WIFE AS LONG AS SHE IS ON BACK ROW SHE WONT BE TOWED WELL SHE PARKED RIGHT NEXT TO VISITOR PARKING AS IT WAS FULL ONLY TO WAKE UP TO NO CAR THANKS PRESERVE MANAGEMENT FOR GETTING BACK WITH ME AS IVE RECEIVED NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL BUT THATS NO BIG SURPRISEOTHER THAN THIS MISERY I LIKE THE COMPLEX

Our time at the Preserve has been awful! We visited the property in April to get pricing and details. We were told that OPAL floor plan was $1,060. When we moved in June 21st the price for our 3rd floor inner most breezeway OPAL floor plan was then $1271! We only found out the price changed after we payed all of the security and admin fees and were there to pick up the keys and sign the lease! We felt so dooped! The family below us had a toddler they would let play unattended all day and leave things on the stairs. At the time I was so pregnant I couldn't even see my own feet so I tripped multiple times on the child's belongings on the stairs. The child would also come into our private balcony and play with our belongings! Parking is atrocious. Again, we lived on the side that faced the street, inner most breezeway on the third floor. The breezeways don't go all the way through, they are one sided. There have been so many times I've had to park on the opposite side of the building carrying my child and groceries to the apartment. The only way you can assure a reasonable spot is if you pay for a parking spot under the cover for a monthly fee which is completely unaffordable. You would think they would have priority based parking. We raised concerns and they never did anything about it. Also, all of the 'wonderful 24 hour amenities' that this place has you can't use unless you again purchase a gate opening 'clicker'. Otherwise you can only use the various things during office hours only. Trash service was awful. We put out our trash every day the service came (sunday-thursday before 8pm) without the small black waste receptacle they provided, our bags were too big. We never had any problems until we raised concerns with the office staff about the parking and such. Then we got in trouble because we didn't put out the small black waste receptacle with our trash. Then got fined because I over slept and didn't put that trash bin back in the house prior to 9am. Ridiculous. I called to try and reason with the office staff and asked them to waive the fee for our one transgression but they would not budge. By the way, the only dumpster they have is on the other side of the complex. Basically, this isn't the place you want to call home. You pay over what the place is worth.
