well, another break in last night 10/15/2014. How many is that in the last 4 months, WTF. Thank you for the wide open "so call" gate, the poor, soRRY no light BLDG entrances. It's like a big sign for thieves, come break into our apts. They were so bold faced that it was a 3rd floor break in, I repeat a 3rd floor break in. Yes they took their time walking down and up flight of stairs carrying this single lady's belongings. Thank god she wasn't home. I can go on about the many reasons why I will not re new my lease. But do move here, just buy a gun and call ADT.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE ABOUT THIS APPT COMPLEX.. ITS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE' FIRST IT TAKES 2 WEEKS AND NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO COMPLETE OR FIX ANYTHING. THE MODEL IS NOTHING LIKE THE REAL APPT YOU WOULD BE RENTING. MY COUNTERTOPS AND CABNITS ARE ALL SCRATCHED UP. AND MY RENT IS OVER 1000.00 MONTHLY . ALOS IVE BEGAN TO SEE ROACHES YES ROACHES!! ALL OF A SUDDEN IN THE BEDROOM AND IN THE KITCHEN , WE PAY A MONTHLY FEE FOR PEST CONTROL , ADDED MY NAME TO THE LIST TO GET OUR PLACE SPRAYED. THE MAN NEVER CAME AND WHEN I CALLED THEY HAD ME IN THE COMPUTER AS BEING SEEN AND SPRAYED. SO THE CONTRACTOR THEY USE LIED , I WAS HOME ALL DAY SO UNLESS HE WAS INVISIBLE HE DIDNT COME. THE PLACE IS RUNDOWN , THERE IS STILL YELLOW POLLEN ON THE STAIR RAILS FROM THE SPRING, THEY DONT COME AND SWEEP OR PRESSURE WASH THE HALLWAYS. THE TRASH IS ALWAYS OVERFLOWING IN THE TRASH COMPACTOR. MY LEASE IS UP AND i WILL BE MOVING OUT THIS POVER PTICED RAGGEDY ASS PLACE . DONT BELIEVE ME JUST COME ON IN WHICH IS A BREEZE SINCE THIS SO CALLED GATED COMMUNITY GATE NEVER WORKS . JUST CHECK OUT HOW THEY TREAT THIS PLACE .. WOOD IS ROTTING ON ALL THE BUILDINGS AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIVING HERE THEY ADVERTISE A CLUB HOUSE WHICH YOU CANT USE , STATE OF THE ARE WORK OUT FACILITY WHICH IS A JOKE , EVEN THE SWIM AREA NEEDS SOME ATTENTION. SO IF YOU HAVE 1000.00 TO WASTE AND WANT TO LIVE SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL BE MISERABLE , THIS IS THE PLACE ... AND WHEN YOU DUT IN A WORK ORDER , YOU ARE NEVER TOLD IF IT WAS COMPLETED , THEY WILL ENTER YOUR APPT AND LEAVE NO WORK ORDERS AND THEN YOU HAVE TO CALL TO SEE WHAT THEY CLAIM THEY DONE. THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL IN THE LAST 3 YEARS ....AND OUR ELECTRIC BILL HAS BEEN THROUGH THE ROOF DUE TO FAULTY HEAT PUMP AND THE 5 TIMES THEY CAME TO LOOK AT ALL THEY DID WAS PUT FREON IN IT AND SAID THIS IS AVERAGE AMOUNT . REALLY , TWO PEOPLE PAYING ALMOST $300 FOR HEAT AND AC IN A 1100 SQ FOOT PLACE .. NO ITS NOT AVERAGE. BECAUSE AFTER I THREATHENED TO CALL CORPORATE THEY CAME TO ACTUALLY FIX IT AND BILL WENT DOWN TO UNDER $125 .

I could supply anecdotal evidence of the horros of living in this apartment complex, but it would probably enrage me just to type the details. Let me sum it up for you: If you like $300 electric bills because of faulty appliances, AC units, and/or insulation, move here. If you prefer sneaky/greedy/rude property management, move here. If you like a fitness center with never-ending broken equipment and temperatures exceding 80 degrees, move here. If you don't want access to your community pool at least one day a week, move here. If you don't care about any of your amenities (gate with key card access) working for months at a time, move here. If you have any respect for yourself, do not move here. It's insufferable, unacceptable, and a horrible excuse for a way to run a business.

I have lived her for almost 3 years and I love it! I live in the back which is peaceful and quiet. I did have LOUD neighbors for a few months. The office staff is nice but it seems like they hire new people all the time. If you want anything done correctly and in a timely manner, go to KEISHA. I only speak to her. Maintenance seems to get my issues resolved quickly as well. I have only had to call them a few times. As far as bugs, never had a problem. Just get random bugs here and there, nothing major. My rent has increased to only $85 since I moved here. My second time renewing they tried to increase it like $200 but of course I went to complain because the first time I renewed it only increased like $25. Keisha changed it right on the spot for me! No questions. It is annoying that the gate NEVER works. It will be fixed for 3 days and then some idiot runs into it and then it is broken for months until it is fixed again. I honestly have no major complaints about this place. I happened to find these apartments just passing by one day and drove in and fell in love. They were having a special so my rent was super cheap for the area. There has been 2 shootings here but we were notified of the incidents. I feel safe here. Wish I was renewing my lease again but I need more space and I cant afford to upgrade. To upgrade I would have to pay a $300 transfer fee, fill out all the paperwork and do the move in process all over again! The fee is dumb. If i am trying to continue to live here then I should not have to pay an extra fee when I am going to be paying more in rent anyway.

I have lived here for seven months and overall had a great experience. The one thing that made me happy was the staff. If I had an issue at the apartment staff fixed the issue less than 24 hours. staff was always there to answer the phone and took no time at all to respond to my calls. Peaceful community no issues with noisy neighbors. Very satisfied with my stay here would recommend to someone who is looking for reasonable priced apartment and enjoys a quiet community.
