Would give zero stars if possible. My wife and I are a military family and we have lived in many different apartment complexes, this one by far has been the worst. We'll start off with the stair case sharing a wall with the master bedroom, whenever someone comes stampeding up and down the stairs you'll know it, even at 2AM. The walls are paper thin and you'll hear many spirited debates in detail. We have had mold issues the entire time we lived there, they've made a few "attempts" to clear it up, even as far as replacing all of our windows. The last time we complained the lady in the front office became very hostile and said she'd take care of it, nothing ever happened. The second time we came down to complain the maintenance guy Rich decided replacing my air filter would do the trick and nothing else ever came of it. I have asthma and my 2 year old son has it also both of us have been hospitalized for breathing problems. Now that we've fortunately moved they are trying to nickel and dime us for everything, even a carpet cleaning when they are supposed to replace the carpets.
