The Retreat is such a great place to live! My husband and I love how quiet, safe, clean and charming the neighborhood is...we wouldn't want to rent anywhere else. Not only are the apartments spacious, they are updated and very well-kept. The staff does a wonderful job making sure everything is perfect and that the tenants are happy. You absolutely get what you pay for here and I am not going anywhere until we are ready to purchase a home. Check it out if you are planning to move to the Carmel/northside area...it really beats out the rest in a million different ways!

I have lived here for 9 months. The complex is very well maintained, clean and quiet. The apartments themselves are good. A little expensive for this area but probably worth the price for cleanliness and low maintenance.
