Management is horrible, very very rude. Since I've moved in, they have switched management a few times, and I've only been here less then a year. they never return your calls if you have an issue. A washer and/or dryer is always broken. There are huge pot holes, which were supposed to be fixed this past october, but never did and now they have destroyed one of my rims. The walls are paper thin, and can hear every conversation my neighbors have. The smell of pot travels through my bathroom vents, and makes my whole place smell. I feel very un safe living in these apartments. If I could, I wish I could go back and find another place to live.

management is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. they will try to make you pay for every little thing that breaks, even just regular wear and tear to a place. the price is CHEAP because it's a disgusting place to live. it was totally filthy. the neighbors are trashy and loud. lots of drug dealers and crackheads everywhere. you can hear people screaming like animals at any given hour of the night. DO NOT LIVE HERE. you would be better off paying an extra $100 to live somewhere nicer.

Drugs and thugs. Plus management either does nothing about complaints or just plain out lies to you that maintenance took care of it. I lived there for 2 regretful years. BTW, about a year after I got out of there one of their apartment buildings was condemned!
