A "GREAT" place to soul search yourself and orhers.finding peace with harmonu! ♥

I lived at the Views for 9 months until I got a great job opportunity and had to move. Let me just say that my experience there was nothing short of amazing!!! Monique is absolutely wonderful and so are the Maintenence crew! Any problems were addressed the same day with no problem. Nice and very curtious staff. The property is well kept with great landscaping. The 2 Saltwater pools were great and The lake behind the property was great in the summer time, too. Grills are on the property as well. The new fitness center/clubhouse is so modern and up to date, that you don't want to leave there. Never had any noise complaints, apartments had beautiful wooden floors, spacious, and the residents there were so friendly. The best thing tho to me was the convenience to the grocery store (right accross the street) and to many fast food restuarants, sit down restuarants, and to interstate 85 (less than a minute, literally). Mall was less than 10 mins. away as well. The Views was great. I have heard bad stories about the place after I had moved in, but with the new management company that had taken over, they really know their stuff and they are all about customer service and making the customer happy. This place has exceeded by expectations!! If you are looking for a good place to live, try here. You won't be sorry.

I've lived here for about three months now and have yet to have any real issues. If I do encounter one maintenance is quick to resolve it. I like the location. It's right off of I-185 and a Walmart and a few drug stores well within walking distance.

The Views on Pelham was an okay place to live until new management came in, she pushes people out of their homes for any reason she can find and is completely heartless. I wouldn't recommend moving in here unless you're looking to be homeless or wait until they get rid of her.

I've lived here for almost a year and I can't wait to leave! The management is terrible and the buildings always smell like weed
