I have not been living here for a year and as soon as my lease is up I WILL BE MOVING....I first moved into an apartment which had roaches, we moved right out because it wasn't just a bug here and there it was an infestation!!! We then moved into the townhouse, Great on space besides that EVERYTHING that could go wrong has. I literally went without heat downstairs for two months. They finally replaced the Unit. Just save yourself the headache and DON'T MOVE HERE!!!

Easy access to Bush Turnpike and the Tollway so you can get anywhere quick. Good security with a new fence. Decent landscaping and new fountains in the canal.
