These are some of the worst apartments I've seen. Called multiple times about my bathroom floor. Feels like any day now I'm going to fall through the floor. I could easily pull up the cheap linoleum flooring. Ghetto neighbors steal anything that you have on your back porch, charcoal, lighter fluid, chairs, everything. Rent is too high for these old buildings. The main office loses your paper work, so they will say that you didn't pay your rent. Anytime you have maintenance issues it takes them weeks for them to reply, that's if they reply at all. There are several drug dealers in the area, there have been several shootings as well. All around a bad area.

Stayed here for 1 year because of our lease.. Would have moved otherwise. Looks halfway decent from the outside.. Inside the floors are wood, but they just look super old, they're peeling and just look horrible.. The worse was probably the bathroom & kitchen. Bath had pink mold, and some other weird dark mold that would no go away. Bleach, mold spray.. nothing worked.. keeping the area dry with the air conditioning did not help either.. Lots of bugs, if your neighbor had roaches, you did too... We even had maintenance come in & fix our kitchen sink & closet door that would not slide shut.. they didn't even fix that.. Counter tops are a cheap plastic with fake granite print, kitchen floor was a white platic, imitation tile... which looked dirty all the time no matter how much you cleaned it.. & there was little counter top space for basic household appliances.. Living Room/Dining: Both in one room.... -_- Enough said.. Oh and there is one green wall? idk who came up with this color... just ridiculous to paint one wall lime green in the living room.... -_- BedRooms: Walls are super thin.. We had the most annoying neighbors, who were loud & annoying. They constantly had people over and stayed out front by their door and their porch light was on late at night , shining into our bedroom window. Curtains provided barley blocked out any light.. Back yard area: No fence, just open area where all neighbors can see you if you go outside.. Only think I liked about this place was the price.. You get what you paid for.. Wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone who likes privacy or a quite home..

This place was my husbands and mine first place when we got married and I moved here. At first, we where loving our place. Some neighbors ignore you, some are up your butt, some just wave and say hi. For the first month, maintenance was good. But then it started to go down hill from there. Our A/C started leaking, causing water puddles on the carpet in our living. No big deal at first, stuff happens. Well, I called and it took someone 3 days to come out and fix it. Then I went to New York for a week a few months later, I come home and the whole carpet is soaking wet from the A/C, I called the next day and yelled for someone to come the next day, which they did. The guy who came said "How long has this been going on?", as I told him someone came and fixed it before and I was away so I don't know how long it's been going on. Next problem we had, toilet leaking around the bottom. I called, I waited 2 weeks. Still nothing, I called again. No one bothered to put it in the system. So the next day a guy came to fix it, the only thing he did was put calk around the bottom and call it a day. The final thing that set me off to move out, my husband deployed and I went home to New York again to visit family for Easter. I come home and in my kitchen is nothing but water, I thought hey the cat must of knocked her water dish over. Nope, my hot water tank busted. I called the next day, and they came and took the hot water heater out. This is all after getting into a huge fight with the woman next door because my dog ripped his leash out of my hand because she scared him. Now I just got through driving 14 1/2 hours straight through, my arms where very tired. And my dog didn't even touch the woman. Once she screamed bloody murder he came back to me with his tail between his legs as me and her fought it out verbally. This is also the same neighbor who blast there music all night and bangs on the walls. Anyways, I was PROMISED a hot water tank the next day. 5 god damn days later....I got my hot water tank. Thankfully I don't have children at this time. I called twice a day everyday, and got the same excuse "well the company hasn't delivered it", and the woman on the phone would be cocky with me as I'm begging for a hot water tank. So lets just say I got super good at taking sink baths. So finally the day came and my hot water tank came, the guy who put it in was super cocky like I was BOTHERING him. Then after he was done said someone would come and put a box around it tomorrow. Well there's still no box around it. Needless to say, I enjoyed my apartment at first until shit started breaking. Do I recommend it? I mean, if it's the only thing in your budget, go for it. They are nice places, just don't expect help when shit starts to break. Expect loud children to be in your yard all the time, bitchy neighbors and bugs. Big, huge bugs. I'm very happy to be moving out and into a house. I will leave this place way behind me.

Our floors our rotten, the bathroom toilet could fall through at any moment. There is black mold in the shower area and the floor boards under the tiles in the kitchen(the pulled up part of it to try to prove i was wrong it was rotten. They refuse to let us out of our lease or move us. The floor boards crumbled in their hands when they pulled them up. Still they refuse to move us. I would NEVER rent from here again. We have been complaining about the rotten floor for over a 11 months and nothing has been fixed.

I've been here since May. This is a FABULOUS place to live... if you're into mold, bugs, and child molesters living on your street. Now, if that isn't your speed of things, let me tell you EXACTLY what it is like living here. I have called maintenance over 30 times for various issues, they have YET to come. My bathroom walls apparently have the stigmata, as they are busting open and rust colored water is 'bleeding' down the walls, my toilet remains backed up (without a plunger, pipe snake, and over $100 so far in draino It would never flush) there is mold growing out of my vents, huge areas of the lovely lead paint are literally falling off my walls, unprovoked mind you, there is a place caving in in my kitchen floor, my phone jack did not work (I had to have a friend replace it as, again, Town Center won't come fix anything), the outlet for a dryer shorted out sending smoke and sparks flying, there is an entire colony of water bugs that just wont go away, my smoke detector does not work properly (apparently they want me to die in a house fire??), there is not only the mold in my vents, but it's all over the house in random places, my oven door is broken (which REALLY hinders life as I'm a mother who cooks almost all meals at home), my refrigerator door won't stay closed so I have to keep something in front of it at all times, and the lenolioum is coming up in the kitchen and bathroom. NOW if this don't sound awesome enough for you, let me tell you about the neighborhood it's self. beyond having numerous sex offenders, including one 3 BUILDINGS OVER, I had one man attempt to come right in my front door (hmm... criminals don't like shotguns in their face I don't guess, needless to say he didn't make it inside), I had one man, while I was sitting on my front porch having a telephone conversation pull next to my apartment, ask for directions to the office WHILE MASTURBATING. I had one man in a Nissan stalk me for two weeks. One morning at around 0300 there was yet another man staring into my window. Some stupid wanna-be thug attempted to break the mirror off of my car. I have also had random children playing in my yard (which wouldn't be a big deal if they weren't loud, obnoxious, rude, and disrespectful), I had two junior thugs-in-training touching my car, and lastly I had a rather foul, intoxicated man on my porch one day upon coming home from the store. The neighborhood is loud at night, car systems and loud teenagers (HELLO YOU LITTLE S**T BAGS!! I HAVE A SLEEPING TODDLER!!!) So, if this place sounds like somewhere you truly want to live, more power to you, but for the civilized members of society, I'd strongly advise you find somewhere else to live as this place isn't conducive to your health, safety or sanity. (if you're already stuck here, my advice, invest in a lot of bleach (for the mold), a plunger and snake (for the plumbing issues), and a firearm or two)
