Been here just over a month, and must say,I'm fairly disappointed with the staff running the complex. My apartment is great, and the location is amazing, however, the leasing agents are so far incompetent, misinformed, rude, and definitely far from helpful. First thing, my move in date was messed up - show up with a truck full of stuff, only to find out my move in date was set for the following day, the management took care of the issue, but it was stressful to say the least. Knowing that I told my agent the correct date, only to have her make a mistake and my apartment not be ready was NOT a great first impression. I also looked at a model with wood floors, and when I asked if the apartment I was leasing had wood floors, I was told it did. Walked in on my move in date to an apartment with carpet - not wood floors like I had been told and was expecting. Next, I try to get help from the management office because the NALS website is not allowing me to log in to pay rent. I call the office and end up on the phone with Marie, who is short with me, repeating herself and talking to me like I'm a moron, and doesn't bother to help or even listen, just tells me to continue what I'm doing until it works. I decided to go to the office to see someone in person, and a different agent fixed the problem for me in 2 minutes, why was Marie not able to do the same? I don't understand.... Two days ago, I called to ask about the referral program, left a detailed message with my name and phone number and asked that they call me back. I never received a call back, which is in my opinion, rather unprofessional. I decided to stop in today to ask about it, only to find out that my original leasing agent gave me the completely wrong information to begin with. When I applied she said, "In 30 days we will contact the person who referred you, they'll fill out paper work and you'll both get money off of your rent, $200 off yours, and $250 off for the person who referred you.".... which is not true at all. I found out today that only the person who gave the referral gets money back, and getting the paper work handled is actually completely up to me. That whole system is backwards. Every time I call with a question the leasing staff (usually Marie that I deal with) is rather unpleasant, and always unprofessional. I can honestly say that everyone living on this property that I've encountered agrees that the management here leaves plenty to be desired. In the handful of conversations I've had with friends living here and neighbors, everyone has warned me that having to deal with management is always, and will always be a huge hassle, and so far this is true. Would not recommend living here to anyone at this point, in a month and a half I've been mistreated, and misinformed. Called Sarah Brown, the district manager, and left a message this afternoon to discuss my issues. At the rate things are going, I'll be surprised to receive any type of response.

Been here since 1997. You can always find something negative to nit pick about, but overall this a good place to live for me. I've had some loud neighbors but they eventually move out. My A/C broke one summer and it took 2 days to fix but they put me in a different apartment for the time they were fixing it. The staff has always been helpful and answered whatever question was asked. The rent is reasonable and the raises have mostly been reasonable as well. I plan to be here a while. The location is great for me. My biggest complaint would be lack of parking enforcement.

Be smart and do your research. After viewing the complex I decided to apply. During the process I told them many times that I have a boxer (dog) and was informed that they are welcome. I applied, payed the holding fee, and ran my credit. I was accepted and all was great. Then a few days later I received a call and was told boxers are not allowed.... I was frustrated but understand people make mistakes. Norma, who helped me apply was great. She refunded the holding fee but was unable to do the application fee. I reached out to the manager Linda. Clearly this woman is a joke with limited management/customer service experience. She admitted they were at fault since they did not know my type of dog was not allowed. But said the application fee is non refundable. I explained how I filled out the application with the understanding from the staff that my type of dog was welcome. Why would I apply if they told me boxers were not allowed??? Linda then told me she would reprimand the employee for informing me correctly.... So then I had to kinda argue with Linda on how can you reprimand an employee of yours if you don't even know what the up to date policies are. Long story short I'm not getting that money back. Linda refused to even entertain the idea that I applied under false pretenses and that should justice the reimbursement. (But she admitted they were wrong) My guess is she would have to get approval to refund the application fee and was just covering her own self. Norma, you were great and I hope you did not get in trouble. Linda, take some management courses or read some books, your a joke.

This is the absolute worst place to live. You'd be better of renting from the Warren's. Lived here for about 8 months and we are done with it. The conditions of the units are barley livable. Especially for the premium you pay. The grounds are always dirty. Water is shut off on a monthly basis. The office personnel are completely inept and rude. It took 4 visits from the maintenance to get a toilet fixed. 4 visits! Needless to say it was installed crooked and continues to leak. Then there are the neighbors, oh the neighbors. I have never lived next to such ghetto, inconsiderate people. The second day we lived here I had a woman banging on my door screaming for me to call the cops and let her in. The other neighbor has had his door kicked in twice. You don't need a tv or stereo here, your neighbor will most likely make sure you can here everything he is watching, playing, or listening to. At all hours, every day. The office doesn't care, I've left multiple messages and talked to them in person, still nothing. Black mold and bed bugs at one point as well. So truly, do not move into this complex. Period.
