I am updating my review since we just moved out and will give a full assessment. When we first moved in the carpet was soaked (they steam cleaned the carpet the morning we were scheduled to arrive) and all the cabinets were wet and sticky (they also decided to stain them that same morning) so needless to say it was a bad first impression. We do like how quiet the complex is, it almost seems like there is never anyone here. The repairs are hit or miss, our garbage disposal was really noisy and they came and replaced it that same week, on the other hand, our ceiling was leaking and they came and just patched the ceiling, needless to say, the next time it rained, we had the same leak. This continued to happen every time it rained and we just started putting a pot under the leak every time it rained. Also, our fridge started leaking and caused mold to grow in our pantry and hall closet. All they did was come spray it and painted right over it. If you don't know, anytime drywall gets wet and moldy, it must be replaced, which it even says in our lease. The mold smell never went away and we got tired of asking for it to be fixed so we just dealt with all our linens smelling moldy for the remainder of our stay. I am sure if you opened up the wall, it would be covered in mold. The repairmen are great guys and very friendly but the management is the problem. It seems like they are just looking for easy fixes and don't want to pay for it to be done properly. Also, we are being charged $50 for pool passes which are yellow bracelets (exactly like livestrong) that say "POOL" on them. This is ridiculous to me since we were excellent residents and were paying a premium to live in mediocre apartments.

I moved into tuscany about 3 weeks ago, and i love it here! so quiet and great place to raise kids and have your pets, I have had no problems here, and the little minor breaks, i call they normally come fix it right away,your always gonna have little nix and such in life, NOTHING is perfect. But as far as the staff here, very friendly, so i don't have to worry about my 2 daughters going to there AWESOME gym, btw nothing is broke in there, and the spa is always steaming when i walk by it, it is a gated community, and i myself feel safe here, but outside these gates is a different story. i wouldnt recommend anyone moving to el paso.

We currently live in these apartments. We've lived here for over a year. There was a management change while we've lived here. The new management is much better than the old management. I'll say the staff is super nice. Even the maintenance guys will stop and say hi to you. When we first moved in, everything was clean, but the cabinets were sticky due to stain. Now, we only live here because it's the only place that would take a dog over 50lbs in the area. If there was another complex that did take large dogs, we might have lived there instead because this place is so expensive! While the management is nice, I think they are paying for unnecessary things to lure people in to rent here. They put a fountain in the front to make the place look prettier. They make sure the grass is green where prospective renters walk to see the demo apartments, but don't pay attention the grass around the complex. They've had a problem with kids messing with the pool and gym area - like throwing the pool furniture into the pool, so the management has punished the entire complex by locking up the pool and gym entrance from like 8pm to 8am. Hello, I work during the day, and I would love to use the gym before work. I can't use the gym because it is locked up. How about put a camera up or something like that instead of a fountain? If you have a camera up, I'm sure that would deter kids from messing with the pool.

way overpriced!!!!! asking $810 for a tiny dark cave with an elephant upstairs that will wake you up every night at 3am 4am 5 am stomping so bad that the walls are shaking. The building are not done right..I don't know but you cant get any good sleep at the first floor. Nothing is included. When I moved in, the floor wasn't cleaned or even vacuumed but they are asking for the carpet to be professionally cleaned when you move out. New management is horrible. Once is a while you find your windshield cracked because the landscaping people are reckless!!!!!The jacuzzi is useless, not warm enough...Stay away. There are better places in West El Paso

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!! NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!! I was warned when I rented from this place, but choose not to believe it. Ensure when you sign a contract you write in 30 days "pro-rated", not 30 days after your next rent payment. Because I received orders early in the month, instead of at the end, they want me to pay an entire month when I will not even be here. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!! NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!!
