I honestly can't wait till I get to move, and it will NOT be renting apartments anymore. The community was nice when I first moved in. Quiet, clean and everything was handled fine. After living here for over a year things have DRASTICALLY changed. They basically just started renting to whomever. The office people seem to care when you go to complain but nothing really gets done. There is trash EVERYWHERE. Beer bottles, dryer lint, paper, wrappers you name it. There is a clause in the lease that says you can't do any sort of maintanence on your vehicle and I constantly see cars on jack stands getting worked on. The neighbors are loud, now that is a problem with the complex as the walls are paper thin. Calling the courtesy officer because the next door neighbors are hosting a karaoke party at 4 am doesn't help because it didn't stop till 10am. Someone let their dog defecate a foot in front of my door. Called the office, maintenance came out picked it up, but there are still streaks of the feces on the ground. They don't seem to care by at least power washing the hallway. At first 4/5 now 2.5/5. For as much money as you pay, you'd expect more.
