Renovations are nice, though the price is going up. If you like to pay your rent with your credit card, they make you pay a $25 convenience fee online.. We keep our apartment clean yet we still have cockroaches in our bathroom, kitchen and sometimes in our bedrooms. If you contact the front desk about any maintenance issues, they take forever or sometimes don't even show up to fix it. The worst part about The Hub is their wifi. You literally cannot load anything without getting frustrated. Sometimes the wifi goes out, making you go to the library to do your homework. No point in trying to contact the front desk about the wifi or other problems as they will say " we are working on it". Dont get me wrong the manger and staff are very nice people. If only they would actually "work on it" instead of just saying it.

Place is ok, like the new renovations but wifi is horrible and roaches always seem to get in and we keep the place spotless.
