I currently live here and I am completely unhappy. I have had to call the cops 4 times in one week on the same person for loud obnoxious music till 7am some mornings. I have complained and management continues to do nothing. I am taking legal action as this is interfering with my sleep, my job, my relationship, and my overall quality of life. I am not happy. To add, the elevators sometimes don't work, residents don't pick up after their pets. If you love living around immature college kids.. this is the right place for you!

I have been living in the Boulevard for two years now, and I only have good things to say about my experience. The staff is always very attentive to our worries and questions, and everyone is always willing to help. I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to live near SMU and who also wants to have great nights at bars around campus.

Just moved into the BLVD mid-September and so far have been pleased with the move. Elevators are a bit slow but the property looks great! Only recommendation would be a larger gym with more free weight equipment.

We really enjoy living at BLVD, nice apartments and amenities. Only complaint is the slow elevators, but if we weren't on the fifth floor I'd just take the stairs. :)

I have had a great experience so far. No complaints.
