The apt was a good starter apt but the management could care less about you as a tenant. Don't believe what they tell you about how much they care and want to make you happy and other BS like that. I lived there a year and couldn't wait to get out! They were rude about any problems we had with maintenance, bills, packages, parking lot, ect. and when we moved out they tried to charge us for a key that a couple hours late. $300 charge for a couple hours late.... After the manager specifically said that if it was in the key drop by a curtain time he would not charge us.. Guess what... He did. he only wants your money.. any extra charge he can get... I honestly would have waned to stay here longer if they weren't stuck on money and saying they will help when they hardly did. BTW the parking is horrible. they need to take down a couple parking garages so you can park closer to your apt door. maybe that's why they charge ridiculous amounts for things. (because they have no money to fix the parking lot) idk maybe...

I hate this place and cant wait till we move into our new home in a month.. Staff is rude, apartment warn and beat up. Fire alarm always goes off when you cook. They have screwed us over on debiting the correct account and even tried to screw us over when we tried to put in our 2 month notice to leave. BAD PEOPLE!!!! Looking forward to leaving it behind..

It is a HUGE waste of money to live here, rent is too high for what little they have, and make you pay an extra 35$ amonth to use the garage. Heater doesn't even work, and maintence did nothing to fix it. Water pressure is way too low, takes over 10 min to get hot water, the walls are way too thin, you could hear your neighbors conversations clearly, some of the other residents are just plain rude. They will literally take your laundry out of the washer or dry in mid cycle. Like I said, rent is way too high for not having a pool or a gym, and for crappy maintence.

Someone needs to tell these jokers that renters insurance does NOT cover flooding because the property does not have proper irrigation! Just signed a new lease and will be contacting a lawyer to get out of it. Don't move here! There are 5 other complexes in a mile radius that take better care of tennants than this junk garbage estabilishment.

My wife and I moved into View Pointe (with an e, although no one is standing on their toes) about 6 months ago. This is my 7th or 8th apartment, and I am pleased with the place. We just needed something cheap to get us started at our new jobs in the area, at $600 a month for a one bedroom,View Pointe Apartments delivered. We are on the bottom floor, 2-3 feet below the grass. We have plenty of windows and light. Most importantly after living in the south for a year, we have plenty of heat. It does take 1-2 hours to get the place to warm up in the morning, but we don't mind at all, especially since we only pay about $55/month for water and electric. If we wanted we could always have our apartment at 80 degrees, but we like it cooler at night. The office staff is friendly, we have never had any maintenance problems. They take delivery of the packages that we are not home to receive. Currently View Pointe is building a community center with a fire place and a big TV, would have personally preferred a work out room, but anything is better than what we had before. I believe that eventually my wife and I will look for a slightly more expensive place, with underground parking, in unit washer/dryer and more storage space. But for the time being, and for our small wallets, View Pointe is a great place to be, and we're happy to call it home.
