This apartment staff is amazing! We lived here for 6 years & finally had to move for my husband's job. We were incredibly sorry to have to leave Jim (apartment manager) & Ron (maintenance man) after the wonderful way we were taken care of here. I have never before experienced, or even heard tell of an apartment staff that is this friendly, polite, accommodating & prompt. And they will not put up with any funny business or bad behavior, which bodes very well for those of us who appreciate a quiet & comfortable living situation. They are awesome people!- be good to them! The apartments are very spacious (1600sq ft) & the balcony is awesome! A lot of people decorate their porches with flowers so beautifully in the spring & summer time & we were one of them. We also put up some twinkle lights & then holiday lights at Christmas time. Very fun. You're allowed to have pets, as long as you take care of them & follow the rules. The pool is great in the summer months & we really enjoyed just getting outside & jogging around the whole complex as well. They offer an awesome lease rate & you don't have to pay for water either. They have been so good to us here that we put off buying a house for years. We finally have one, but at this point we really miss being able to call Jim & have Ron run up to our place & fix everything!

I don't even know where to begin...I was a resident at Villa Adrian for 18 months, and I honestly have no complaints. From the staff to location, you really cannot go wrong. Any time I ever had a maintenance issue (which wasn't often) the staff would help me out immediately, and Ron (the friendly and helpful maintenance man) would be there within the same day! Jim and Moreen are both very helpful and friendly as well. Villa Adrian, hands down, is the best apartment complex staff I have ever had. They are awesome! Also, the location is on POINT! We were super close to everything...yet far enough as well. It is about a 10 minute ride downtown, 8-10 minutes to Brentwood, 15 minutes to Cool Springs, 5 minutes to Belmont, less than 7 minutes to get to Hillsboro Village, and 100 Oaks is literally right up the street! It is so convenient. The only reason that I had to move, is because I simply couldn't afford it anymore :( But, that being said...even though it is pricey for renting, it is not as near as expensive as most apartment complexes in the area. Especially for the amount of space that you get in the units. Everyone is really friendly, and I never had any problems with noise coming from other units in the building I was in. It was just me and my other (female) roommate, and we always felt safe...we were even on the first floor with no balcony. Even though the complex is not gated, it still is a really safe place to live. There were never any homeless people walking on the street or anything :) I highly recommend Villa Adrian to anyone searching for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the Nashville area! I miss it so much!
