Every thing here suck s everything that it said on these reviews are true bed bugs poor circulation and roaches that's nasty I have 3 kids all small and we have to live in these conditions because no one knows how to handle things and as for manegment there not as professional as there suppose to be and sometimes rude and when u put in Work order they take forever I personally don't have bed bugs but roaches and poor circulation and not to mention some of the neighbors complain about everything plz read this review before u move in and avoid the mistake I made it is not a good place to live and for the people who still live here should try and complain to the city or get a lawyer because to break the lease is asking to much I will try to contact corporate on this issue

BEDBUGS!!! We just moved into this place two weeks ago. On our first night sleeping there, we discovered a MASSIVE bedbug infestation! After one night, my wife was covered in welts the size of softballs. LARGE bedbugs were coming out in plain sight, in the daylight, the next morning. The apartment was completely uninhabitable. There were lines of blood from their excrement all over our bed that we had just moved. Management was slow in responding to the problem and offered us nowhere else to live. It took them 5 days to get a professional on site, and then they did not update us on the situation. Followed up a week later, and they had no information about the situation. Meanwhile, we're paying rent to live in an apartment that is completely infested with bedbugs. Still have 15 months lease on my bedbug breeding ground. Will probably try to get out of it, but this has all been a terrible waste of time and money.

I am on disability. I moved here from California to be closer to my son. My mom and her boyfriend came along because I have bad credit. We explained in detail to Joanna, the manager, the situation I was in. My mom would sign the lease but only I would live here. We were told that was fine. We asked Joanna if I would be able to put in work orders if things needed tending to, she said yes. I am also on a fixed income and was told they worked with fixed incomes. I get paid on the 3 of the month so with their payment rules, I would always have late fees. But, I was told "not to worry." I also asked if I'd be allowed to have my medication as a card holder, 2 forms of severe arthritis, an immune deficiency, organ pains, and depression from all of that. I was told yes, as long as my card was valid. ALL B.S. I was basically told what I wanted to hear but once the contract was signed, that was what was enforced. I spoke with corporate, and was told by David and staff here at the complex that even in court, the only thing that would matter is that we signed a contract. That it would be he said, she said, and that the contract would prevail. So they can make all the claims they want, if the contract doesn't state what they told you, you are SOL. Don't ask them questions if you plan on moving here. Have them show you what the contract says about your concern. If they try to explain it, REFUSE AND MAKE THEM SHOW YOU THE CONTRACT! THEY THEMSELVES MADE IT CLEAR TO ME AND ALL OTHERS HERE IN THIS TYPE OF MESS THAT THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS WHAT THE CONTRACT YOU SIGNED SAYS, NOT WHAT CLAIMS THEY MAKE. Also, be repaired to receive notices 3-4 days after they were dated, turning a 10 notice into a 7-6 day notice. I moved back to Cali for a month and a half because of a black mold in the master bedroom closet. They were told about the leak in the closet but nothing was fixed. just cleaned the mold off and painted. Now my carpet is rotting and the wall is too. I have insects in there too. I put in a work order online, still no fixes. I have to throw away a lot of things due to water damage. My apartment was burglarized and they never fixed the door frame correctly, just some putty we bought ourselves and a new lock. My ac doesn't work well. They only changed the filter and cleaned it a lil. My kitchen sink is leaking and a handle is loose. It is also plugged, like my shower. My stove is not always working well and my fridge is no good. The cabinets that were broken during the robbery were never fixed. Most of the doors get stuck with paint and make loud noises when opened. The caulking around my toilet fell apart and I had to wait from Friday till Monday with crap and pee spewing out after every flush and they didn't even clean it, I had to and got sick after. Same with the mold and the time it was here. I would get, and still do, migraines and/or feel ill. The electricity consumption here is ridiculous. The pool is often dirty. The landscapers always blow debris into my patio or an above neighborhood pours water on their patio to clean it and the dirty water or swept dust falls into my patio. My porch light is hardly ever working. The outside lights go off and it gets freakin dark here. Rain floods the apartment grounds. People from other buildings will walk their dogs on your side of the lawn and leave the mess. There have been 3 deaths since I moved here a YEAR ago, from what I know. I just signed a new lease because I was "allowed" my meds and to pay on the 3rd of the month. Now I had to get a job to accommodate to these shenanigan players, even though it is already causing my R.A. to flare up now. I also have to get back on Vicodine... YAY. The rules changed here now and I didn't know because Joanna said it was the same lease except my rent was going to be $10 more after she had told me it would stay at what I originally paid do to me having all this issues with the apartment. More empty promises. This is just another business.
