This place sucks, not only do they don't do any timely maintenance repairs, the managers are very combative when you ask for any sort of maintenance. On top of that; they tried to charge me for the repairs citing that it was my fault that caused the damage (if you were wondering I did fill out the move-in checklist form that listed the damage, and i marked it) they said they would fix it but they took forever after pulling teeth and nail and only after I asked them EVERY DAY. I once was in looking for a package that I ordered and I didn't think they were aware I was in the office because they made pretty racist comments about asians (I'm asian). This place feels dirty, people do drugs all the time, leasing office is disrespectful. Spend your money somewhere else college students...the money will be worth it.

Beware! My stepson rented there and had numerous issues. The big ones were: a) Black Mold in his apartment (in the air ducts and in the little closet on the patio). At first they ignored his request to come and look at it. Then 2 months later he complained and they sent 2 non-english speaking maintenance guys to look at it. Their solution was to lock the door to the hot water closet. They they told him they would have to charge him to test for black mold! What the hell? So my wife called the regional manager and complained. It turned out to be black mold and they cleaned out the ducts without charging him. We feel like they take advantage of students because most students do not have enough experience to know when they are being taken advantage of. b) Move out inspection. They tried to charge my stepson $35 for garbage in his apartment. Well, he did a walk-through inspection and they did not say anything (because the place was clean). When we complained again. They took the charge back. Yvonne ( the regional) said that we were being charged for the cable....you know the coaxial cable that most apartment rooms come with...They said it was left behind and that is what they were considering garbage. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I would seriously doubt any of the good ratings they have on google. The staff probably made them up, because all of our dealings with them were difficult. I would make sure you document everything in your move in inspection and take pictures too. They will try to rip you off!!!!

Moved in a week ago. The staff could do well to learn some customer service skills. The apartment was disgusting when we moved in, but when we complained they sent a cleaning crew and gave us a new couch.
