Poorly managed and rundown units that were a far cry from the model unit we were shown initially. Our unit was so rundown and dirty we had to bailout and sue the company for our rent & deposit. The furnace threw off fumes that made my wife dizzy and nauseous. A search of city records revealed City of Ann Arbor Housing Bureau requirements for furnace cleaning and inspections in our entire building were ignored for over 2 1/2 years. Cobbled kitchen cabinets loaded with mouse droppings and filth when removed. Torn vinyl flooring and buckled cove base from persistent water damage in the bathrooms. Signs of mold beneath the carpet newly laid over rotted tack strips couldn't cover the persistent smell. Apartment given to us uncleaned because they were "having issues" with their cleaning people. No one in the office ever bothered to even walk-through the unit prior to handing us the keys as apparently they just didn't feel it was necessary. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, painted over thermostat and doorknobs, I could go on and on but just do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

When you move in they ask you for a security deposit that after checkout should be refunded in 30 days. However they DON'T REFUND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. After moving out they don't respond your emails. Don't waist your time like I did.
