This is the worst management services ever. They recently took over my apartment complex Vista Ventana where while they were in charge I have had my neighbors apartment broken into by someone throwing a rock through his patio sliding door into while I was home and ended up calling the police to find out the person breaking in was a resident. I then had my sliding patio door shattered by someone throwing a rock in a few weeks ago. All management did was tape up cardboard boxes for TWO NIGHTS (I'm a 20 year old female and live alone) and half way through the night it all fell down and when I called and told them, they said they can do anything because management wont allow overtime. They absolutely did not care about my safely or property. This happened a couple days after my lease was up and when I told them I wanted to leave ASAP due to feeling unsafe they told me I still have to pay one more months rent (I'm not even living there because im so scared!) They would no work with me at all after I was put into a unsafe situation. I tried to contact Monica and left two voice mails as well as an email... one week ago! Do you think she replied to me? NO WAY. What a pathetic company. They also take weeks to reply to maintenance request and the people in the office are way way rude and come at you like you're the one lying. I can't wait till I dont have to deal with them! Until then I will keep calling Monica waiting for the day she answers... which will probably be never. Also had my apartment broken into under the prev management, handled it awesome, but still it was a resident that broke in. I have also lived in three different units in this complex and had roaches all three time and at least 3 times this MEB management has tried saying I didn't pay something when I did and they tried charging me 1,000 dollars in fees until I provided proof that they screwed up. Be careful before you rent here or with this management!!!!!! UPDATE: In responds to Christy... She is literally the only person who has responded to me, so bless her! But Monica and Lisa have never spoken to me... so either they lied or have me mixed up with a different resident... Which Idk how that happens.

Worse service ever, if your lat on rent they raise you almost $100. even if you have always been a week early paying it. they dont do a damn thing if anyone parks in your parking spot even it you have to park outside the complex because someone took your spot when you were 8 months pregnant. also paper thin walls, if you live on the bottom floor expect ants even if there's nothing out for them to eat i wash my walls about twice a month and still ants crawl on them. the staff is nice until you sign a contract then they don't give two craps about you plus if yo want to break a lease its $1,110. ill be leaving here soon, this place was the worst mistake i have ever made. NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!!!

If you have to live in a part of town as crappy as that, Vista Ventana is a pretty good place to live. Clean, nice pools, good rental prices, spacious apartments, good maintainence service.

I'm a current resident. I like the apartments for the price. I love the fact that it's hidden and quiet. There is always an open parking space and I feel like my car is really protected. Cons are that the people in the office are not very knowledgable about anything. Service is very poor. It is really difficult to get in the complex, most of the gates are closed after hours going in and out. There is only one real entrance and exit and it's not through the same gate... Weird... I have mixed emotions about this place. Probably will not rent again.
