We moved here in 2012 and have endured many changes in the management and all of the crap that comes with that; rent fluctuations, policy changes, handymen stealing from our apartment, the works. It wasn't until recently that the manager, Holly, and her cronies have started harrassing us about renewing our lease. We have been here for three years, paying rent on time and minding our business. When they ran my credit for the rent renewal, they are refusing to renew our lease because of properties I lived at 6 and 7 years ago. I think that I have more than proven that I can pay rent on time but they do not care. They are throwing us out and are refusing to work with us. Anna from corporate is in on it to. My disabled son's school is right up the street and all of our business is centered around this apartment and they are forcing us to leave. They claim they "cannot overlook" my credit even though I have been here for 3 years, paying rent on time. All I can hope is that they get what is coming to them because this is not an ounce of right.

I lived in these apartments for a year. I felt the neighborhood was very quite. The grounds where always kept up and beautiful. The pool was always kept clean. There was a month the pool got closed except for business hours because of vandlism. The management team works very hard for the community to be a safe community for their residents. . . Just don't be late on your rent. They are sticklers.

I have never lived in apartments before. When I got married, my wife and three kids decided to rent at Creek Point. At first I would have to say that the appearence of the apartments is discouraging. I've lived here since September and have not had any problems with other tenants. There is the occasional fight between kids outside, however, where are you not going to find that!?! Rent is cheap and that's what matters. Management, well, they are working on it. I've had to meet with the manager several times to express my feelings towards certain actions they've done, non-the less, they have improved. I'm comfortable in this place that I'm having my family from another state move in to these apartments.
