I lived here for as period of one year and had so many problems. These guys will rip you off when you move out. Once they know that you are moving out they are going to put so many charges against you and WILL NOT be giving your deposit back. They have charged me $500 when i moved out. It was so difficult for me to move in to an another place with no money in hand. These guys rip you off when you move out, DO NOT go there. Its easy when you move in but when you move out they are going to make you cry. Trust me. We are from another country so they gave us notices of unnecessary crap 2 times even when we did not commit any crime. When asked they just said we received complaint. Not a good place to be. But i loved my neighbors, good community though. Its just the management that sucks.
