Location is great but the apartments are junk and the staff is rude! Within the first week of moving in maintenance was out on 3 separate occasions, and the problems were still present. They have an insect problem that remained even after pest control came out twice! The neighbor kids said their parents were spraying for cockroaches, and the staff never addressed the problem! The second floor to our townhome needed to be completely replaced and the staff never was accommodating to our needs. Every time we called the office we got the answering machine and rarely received a call back. I have lived in several apartments and I have to say this by far is the worst experience I have ever had!!!
Well we just recently moved into these apartments and I LOVE THEM!!!! The staff is fabulous, especially Frankie!!! We have to cats and she cut our pet deposit in half!! Everytime i have called with a question they respond very promptly! Sometimes parking can be a little difficult. The landscaping is very nice and i feel very safe. I would recommend this apartments to any of my friends, and familY!
Overall, Woodbridge is a decent place to live - the price is right, location is good (as long as Castleton traffic doesn't drive you bananas), and the apartments are in decent shape. However, if your neighbors apartment gets broken into, the office management will not even have the decency to tell you about it - you'll have to hear about it from your neighbor. It appears as though Woodbridge and their central management office have very little desire to help create a more safe environment for their residents. There are no real safety measures taken at all. If you ask Management, they will say that having an under cover cop live on the property and a "crime watch committee" is how they maintain safety on this property. If you live at Woodbridge, there is direct access to your front door to the general public...and don't think Woodbridge has any rules about solicitations! you will be bombarded with pizza flyers and teenagers trying to run scams. Hopefully if you live here you will not have a similar experience! But, like the saying goes - you get what you pay for.
