My experience at Woodchase Apartment has NOT been pleasant in the least. the first couple of months there were pretty good, but it went down hill very fast. I had a huge problem with water bugs (i.e. roaches) even though I am a meticulously clean person, my ceiling leaked from the baths above me, which also leaking into my adjoining bedroom closet, after which my clothes and closet smelled like mold (and which the maintenance said they could not smell after 2 requests to have it inspected). I paid my rent ahead and should have had a credit. I left early just to get out of there, but didn't break my lease so they still got their money. After leaving, I called and emailed numerous times to try to find out my balance (since I paid ahead but had already vacated early, I didn't want any surprises). They finally returned my call telling me I had a credit. About the time I left, much of the staff that was there when I moved in 8 months prior was gone and they were using different temps. Well a few weeks later I got a bill for damaged blinds (which I'd reported when I first moved in) and some paint touch up. I paid it just to wash my hands of them. Today I get a letter saying I was sent to collections for the same bill. Are you kidding me??! I just printed a copy of the cashed check from my bank. I will be challenging this, and if my credit is negatively affected by their error, I expect they will do whatever necessary to fix it. I have never missed a payment in my life and always pay early. This is just unacceptable.

Ive been living here since 2007 and overall the apartments are okay. The office staff are clueless on what they are doing , extremely rude, and put their tentants last on the list of priorities. Everytime i go in they are always on a personal call , smoking a cigarette or eating in the back ( during office hours) the apartments are small and you pay a lot of the space. NOT cheap! Once my lease is over i am definately moving. The maintenence team also take FOREVER to get things done. I ordered a part for my apartment and they left it in front on my door for me to do it myself! HELLO i pay you guys to do it!! not worth my rent im paying here

I have been at Woodchase for a year and a half now. I have not had too many problems while I have been here. One neighbor is extremely loud, yells at her dog all the time and you can hear her through the walls. The 4th of July weekend my sink began to fill up with water, that smelled of garbage. When I called the emergency maintenance line no one answered and did not get back to me for 2 days. Meanwhile I had to keep dumping the sewage water in my bathtub to keep it from overflowing onto the kitchen floor. Disgusting. Fortunatetly I have not been robbed and I have always felt safe even when walking to my apartment at night in the dark. I like how the area is all apartment complexes. People are always out walking their pets and riding their bikes. The dog park down the street is a huge plus. The pool is really nice and rarely crowded unless on a Saturday night. The office people have always been real helpful to me too.
