Unit will have new carpet and fresh paint. Currently occupied and will be vacant on March 1st. 2013. Kitchen has gas stove, over head microwave, double sink with garbage disposal, dish washer. Tiled floors in kitchen and both full baths. Ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. Balcony with views of green belts. Washer dryer off of balcony. I have worked with section 8 and my units are always in top clean condition, allways passes inspections.
