Our current lease ends July 31, 2013. We are looking for someone to take over our lease by the 1st of November, however, the unit is available as soon as possible. (Just FYI, there are currently NO open apartments available at the New Californian.) Rent is $3400/ month. The total move-in will be $6800 including a $3400 security deposit.
