I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. It is a studio loft in Santa Monica located on 20th street. The unit will be available January 5th 2013 and the lease expires September 9th 2013. You will be able to rent the unit on a month to month basis after the lease expires. I might be able to rent it sooner if needed. The deposit is $1500. This is an upper unit that comes with hardwood and carpet floors. It comes with a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher.Cable and internet will be included. The unit will be freshly painted and carpet steamed. There's 1 gated parking spot included, laundry on site, on call maintenance, bicycle racks and controlled access entry. The building is close to Santa Monica College, the Water Gardens and the 10 Freeway. A Ralphs supermarket is just a block away, while Bergamot Station and Virginia Avenue Park are also nearby. The apartment building is income restricted based on guidelines regulated by the City of Santa Monica. For one person, the maximum allowable income is $59,100 per year, for the current year and the previous year. For two people, the maximum allowable combined income is $67,500 per year, for the current year and the previous year. The following documentation is required by the manager of the building for proof of income: 2011 income tax return copy, last 3 pay stubs and last 3 bank statements.
