There are two pools, two laundry rooms and two gas barbeques maintained for your use and your assigned carport is behind gates with another storage space for you there. We pay landscaping, trash and water charges. We are centrally located in Orange County; just a mile from the 22 freeway- close enough for convenience and far enough to live in peace and quiet. Schools and restaurants, stores and shops are all nearby, many within walking distance.
