The room and apartment is already furnished, and has a nice community center and gym. The apartment complex is situated close to University Village (walking distance to QFC and shopping, and the university for that matter.) The rent is negotiable; I'm somewhat desperate to get a sublet for the summer since I'm moving to a new place at the end of May, and so if you give me a reasonable rent figure I can work with it.
