Subletting a room in Park Regent Apartments for the summer at $550 per month. You would share the apartment with two others (really fun girls). The room can be treated as a single or double based on your discretion.
As of right now, the room is a single room with two twin beds pushed together as a king. The beds can be bunked or separated to accommodate two or left as is, or one bed can even be removed if you so choose. There is a lock on the bedroom door as well. The dresser will remain in the room until the end of the summer and the two wooden tables belong to the apartment.
The room is available beginning May 19 until mid-August when the lease runs out. Cable & Utilities are not included in the price but are an average of $30 extra per month. The bathroom is made for two and you would share with one other girl but is very spacious with a lot of storage. Living area and kitchen is super nice too. Check RentFMI's website for more pictures.
