We are now showing a studio apartment to be available in mid-January. The Victorian Row Apartments is a 19th century apartment building owned by Historic Seattle, and managed by Bellwether Housing. Built in the late 19th century, and renovated in the 1990s, it is the oldest unaltered apartment building in Seattle. We are located at 12th and King in the Intl. District, in an area known as Little Saigon. We are east of 12th which is a quiter neigborhoold than Chinatown. We are in close proximity to I-5, and even closer to I-90. We are on Metro's bus network for those that use public transportation. Grocery conveniences are great, we are nearby to Trader Joe's, Madison Market, Costco, Grocery Outlet, Whole Foods, and QFC. The apartment is reasonably spacious and features tall ceilings, large bay windows, enough kitchen cabinetry, a full bathroom, and storage closet. There are doors that separate the living space from the kitchen, bathroom, etc. There is a secured common entry to access the apartment. Street parking is generally okay but sometimes difficult. There is presently a highly convenient parking space available for $50 per month. W/S/G/HW is free, residents pay electric and gas (cooking & heating). Rent for the unit is $660, refundable security deposit of $350.
