I'm taking a trip and will be subletting my bedroom within our 2BR apartment.
The room is 10x12 feet, has two windows, and a closet. I can clear out some
space in the closet for you. There is a full sized bed and a small table.
You can use the kitchen appliances. Electricity and internet is included. You
must be respectful of the space as you will be living with my roommate; I
don't want to come home and see my room trashed. Absolutely no smoking, no
parties, and no friends staying overnight.
Please respond with information about yourself and why you need to sublet.
Dates are semi-flexible. You must start the sublet on May 28th and you must be
out by June 18th, but you can sublet for less time if that is what is required
of your schedule.
