I need to sublet my room in the Cedar Apartments to a FEMALE University of
Washington (UW) student. The rent is $979 a month, everything included!
Awesome deal. I live with three other female UW students who are extremely
kind, clean, and productive. If you are interested in subletting until August
31st 2012 (WITH the option to renew your contract another year if you like it)
let me know because you can move in ASAP! There is nothing wrong with this
apartment, I want to move out solely because Im struggling with the rent $$.
This apartment is part of UW housing and the ONLY APPLICABLE SUBLETEE IS AN
ENROLLED FEMALE STUDENT. It's a super close and sweet location to the Ave and
campus!
