We now have available a two bedroom apartment. The Victorian Row Apartments is a 19th century apartment building owned by Historic Seattle, and managed by Bellwether Housing. The building was renovated in the 1990s and consists of 14 units of apartment homes. Our location is 12th & King in the International District, also known as Little Saigon. We are in close proximity to I-5, transit hubs, and many grocery options: Trader Joe's, Madison Market, Safeway, Costco, Grocery Outlet, Whole Foods, Fred Meyer (Ballard).

The apartment is spacious and features tall bay windows, tall ceilings, lots of kitchen cabinetry, and gas cooking. It has two bedrooms, each of which has a closet. There is also a utilty closet, a full size bathroom, and a large living room. It features high quality carpet which is about two year old; it will be cleaned by our professional. Street parking is generally okay but sometimes difficult; a reserved parking space might be available for an additional $50 fee. W/S/G/HW is included in the rent, residents pay for electricity and gas.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in units or anywhere on the property.

Rent for the unit is $825, security deposit is $425

A 12 MONTH LEASE IS REQUIRED, no exceptions!
