apartment. Apartment is on the ground floor with a patio and has an in-unit
full-sized washer and dryer. It also has all the kitchen appliances (including

The other roommate is a young professional female. Male and female applicants
welcome. Average monthly bills (including internet, water, and electric) are
about $60 per month per person. Only move-in fee would be a $50 application
fee which I would cover to the individual who ends up moving in.
The apartment overlooks the river, and includes a pool (with grill), workout
facility, and business center. The complex is gated and is accessed using a
key fob. Rent includes parking. This apartment complex is quiet, the
management is responsive, and I've really enjoyed living here.
Move in date is negotiable. The lease is until May of 2013.
