Hello! I'm a UW grad student looking to sublet my apartment; I'll be out of
the summer for a position at a summer camp.
Cute two bedroom first floor apartment in a nice, spaciously divided house.
Private kitchen, bathroom, furnished bedroom; completely private from any
other apartments. Rent is $575, which includes all amenities: gas, electric,
water/sewage and internet! Apartment located on a nice tree lined street (17th
NE and 52nd NE) has wood paneling, exposed beams, and a fireplace and blocks
away from all major bus lines, grocery store, gym, and drug store. Fully
furnished, including the bedroom, so this will be perfect for someone just
moving to the city! Have a great, super nice roommate who is also a graduate
student. Great landlord who is very diligent if any problems occur.
Looking someone to take over my lease from mid June (June 14th) until the end
of August (August 26th). Subletting will include a security deposit ($238).
Looking for a trustworthy, nice person to take over my lease- and if you like
the apartment, you are more than welcome to take it over at the end of summer!
Seriously love this place, I am only leaving because summer employment calls
