We are looking for a new roommate to rent the upstairs bedroom as of June 1st.
The room is approximately 10'x12' with good size closet (rented furnished; one
person only; no pets but you should be kid, gay and dog friendly)
The monthly rent is $900 + Utilities (between $50-$75 per person, depending on
the time of the year - e.g., PG&E;, Water, Garbage, Expanded Basic Comcast
Cable and SBC wireless DSL). To move in we require 1st + last month rent +
$300 cleaning deposit.
Who are we?
A 25 y.o. gay male student.
A professional, single, mother with a 2 year old daughter and an old sweet
dog.
The house
3 bedroom and 1 bathroom with small front garden located on Noe Street
(between 18th and 19th). Kitchen and living room are shared by everyone. There
is also a washer and a dryer in the basement as well as plenty of storage.
Street parking only.
We're looking for a drama/drug/smoke free person. Long-term preferred!!
