- Rent is $670 for June. After that, it turns to month-to-month at a rate of $720. OR you can sign a full-term lease, the rent of which will be slightly less than $720 (management company is increasing the rent on the unit).
- BEAUTIFUL 1 bedroom apartment in a great location! Southeast unit (the unit overlooks Prospect Ave from the 4th floor) that gets TONS of sunlight.
- Historic building that has been well maintained and renovated over the years, wood floors, dining room, living room, lots of closet space, huge bedroom.
- Approximately 650 - 700 sq ft
- Extra storage downstairs, On-site laundry. Property manager on-site.
- Amazing location! Within walking distance to two Alterra's, Whole Foods, Downer Street, North Ave. The lake is a few steps away. Oakleaf trail is about half a block away. Pretty ideal.
