room measures 12 feet by 12 feet (is that 144 sq feet?) and has a roomy walk
in closet 5 1/2 ft by 3 1/2 ft, hardwood floor sunny late mornings and
afternoons. safe neighborhood, inside parking is unavailable but if you have a
car something within a block can be found usually. This is a 1907 flat with
few modern updates. central heating being one exception. Please be employed
non-smoker . there is Astound broadband. basically this is a quiet household,
trying to be neat, could be vacuumed more often and not big on parties planned
or otherwise. prefer someone with same preferences. The oven doesn't work.
stove top does. there is a med-sized counter top convection oven. interests
run to what can a person say..... the arts. i am a collagist photographer dog
walker for $ and sometimes read or work on projects till all hours. and a
francoplile. lots of books here. lots of ambience, not so much convivial
conventional convenient type modernity. no dish washer no dryer no washer
there is a wonderful vintage claw foot bath tub one can float inside! yes
there is working shower apparatus if the need asserts itself. this is one of
those rent control flats and the landlord has a form to be filled out and
every single reference provided is called exhaustively. what else? sorry no
pets, not my idea of a good time. otherwise a great place to live Move in is
first month last month and a $500 deposit which totals $1240.00. Bills like
PGE Astound and relevant household supplies are split 3 ways and usually are
no more than $40 tops unless furnace is used excessively. the landlord
requires a ONE YEAR MIN committment
