Hello hello! We have a charming, sunny studio with a separate eat-in kitchen in an awesome location in the Mission. It's available from July 6 to August 1. High ceilings, hardwood floors and Victorian details, and tons of sunlight make our cozy apartment feel spacious, and you can go out on the back balcony with our lemon tree if you crave a little fresh air. The apartment is located on the second/top floor in the back of a 4-flat on a small side street which is kind of a secret, despite being wedged between bustling Mission and Valencia Streets.

You probably already know the Mission is a great place to be. Sunny and warm on those notoriously chilly SF summer days, it's full of great food and low- key charm, super-convenient to public transit, and the people-watching ain't bad either. There are 2 BART (metro) stations 4 blocks in either direction from our place, so it's a really a perfect spot from which to explore the bay area.

We don't have a TV, but you'll probably be too busy to notice (there's a video rental place around the corner if you're old-school like that). Wi-fi, and all utilities are included in the rental price. We have a record player.

Last summer we sublet our place through craigslist, but we'd like to try AirBnB this time because it affords a little more security for you and for us. We'd really like to rent out our place for the whole time we're out of town, so there is a 2 week minimum to stay in our place. The total price for 7/6 - 8/1 would be $1700.
