bathroom townhouse in Capitol Hill starting mid-June. Looking for a one year
lease. The townhouse is over 1600 sq. feet with a chef's kitchen, stainless
steel appliances, granite countertops, gas stove, gas fireplace, balcony,
dishwasher, washer/dryer, garage and wood floors. We are two young
professional males looking for a male or femal roomate who is clean,
respectful, quiet and responsible (absolutely no drugs, pets or smoking).
We're located right on the bus line to UW, Seattle U and downtown (also right
across the street from a major grocery store). We will start to show the place
