Our access hours are 9am-9pm weekdays and 9am-9pm on weekends and we are here
to serve you 7 days a week.
We offer a 10% senior discount. There are no property deposits, just your 1st
month's rent and a one-time $10.00 administration fee that gets you set up in
our security system and billing system and free online access to your account
via our website. We do require renters or home owners insurance. You are able
to provide your own, or purchase Insurance through us with policies starting
as low as $8.00 per month. We also sell disc and cylinder locks for $8.00 and
