after nine years my roommate has moved back to hoboken, n j to take care of
his mother who is in her 80's. so i'm looking for a roommate to share my 2600
square feet; 3 bedroom; 1.5 bath home in madison park. i'm the only one living
in this home and am interested in having just one roommate. the address is
3810 e. galer st., 98112. i am across the street for the russian consulate, (i
can see russia from my house!); and am a 3 minute walk to the village and a 5
minute walk to the beach. the room to be rented is in the southwest corner of
the building, (the new tenant will be able to see russia from his/her room!);
is 15 feet by 11; comes with solid wood paneling walls; and a small walk-in
closet. the home has a formal livingroom with a fireplace and dining room;
reading/music alcove; media room that has rap - around windows and skylights;
and a large kitchen with a eating nook area. the home comes with the usual
accoutrements; which are dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer.
the back of the house features a muliti level deck. there is ample street
parking. i'm a male, who is very quiet. for my television viewing pleasure i
watch pbs and documentaries for the most part; and politically i lean to the
extreme far left. i have 2 parties each year. one on march 17th and a much
smaller party the sat. before xmas. other then that i might have friends drop
by maybe 3 times a year. the rent is $700.00 per month. if you are interested
