450 Summer Sublet- Room in 1915 Wallingford house Wallingford
A bright, sunny upstairs room with two closets in a quiet old Wallingford
house is available for sublet this summer. The room has a partial view of
downtown and Rainier on a good day. We're looking for someone who wants to
stay.through August or even September.
Quiet neighborhood, nice people. Fruit trees, garden and flowers outside.
The upstairs bathroom is being remodeled. The good: a bright new bathroom. The
ugly: repairs may extend partway into June.
Eclectic household. Classical music, computers, swing, biology, slack lining,
veterinary studies, cooking , etc.; mostly late 20's. Two men, one couple, one
woman, looking for one more housemate.
Mellow, books, bikes, outdoors, etc. - the nature of the house is not so much
a group house as a close neighborhood. We are muy agradable but live in
unscheduled independence.
Near to buses, the trail and the U. Clean but relaxed. Cable with WIFI to
share, usual conveniences including laundry but excluding common television.
Everyone throws in for utilities and internet.
