Walkable to cooler bars, restaurants south/east of Union square, but still get the convenience of easy subway access.

3. Exposed brick apartment with washer/dryer, all new kitchen appliances, air conditioning unit in the bedroom, decent sized closet.

4. You have your own separate bathroom that is only accessible through your bedroom.

5. Access to common roof deck area.

6. Cable(HBO on demand!)/Internet/ Electric/utilities included
