Room is approx 100 Sq ft which fits a queen size bed, full sized dresser, night stand, and possibly a 2nd upright drawer / chest / small desk?

You will be rooming with the owner of the building, so you never have to worry about the other half of the rent, or management.

I am fairly quiet, usually @work or working around the house maintaining. I have no pets, and prefer to keep it that way. If you have a cat that stays in your room, I guess I would not mind.

Common areas must be kept clean at all times. Your room is up to you how messy, but I do not want food left over in there as it could bring unwanted pests.
