I am looking to sublet a room in a wonderful furnished four bedroom apartment
over the summer. Nordheim Court is a new, clean, and quiet complex that is for
University of Washington students only. Rent includes utilities, and residents
have access to a gym, a very tidy laundry room, and a community space, which
has a full kitchen, a large TV, comfy couches, etc. Nordheim Court also offers
an underground parking garage, in which you can safely store your bike and/or
car. Each apartment also includes couches, a dining table and chairs, an
extra-long twin bed, a desk with a chair, a dresser, a filing cabinet, and
shelves. The room itself is spacious and has a large walk-in closet. The
complex is across the street from a bus stop and a five minute walk from the
24 hour QFC grocery store. Additionally, the complex is very quiet, making it
easy to study at your apartment. If you wish to stay past the month of August,
Nordheim makes it very easy for you to renew your lease.
