We're a house of mid to late twenties guys and girls, seeking another mature and respectful person in our age range. We are all conscientious and respectful roommates who are social but not best friends. We're all pretty laid back and are non discriminatory. We have a room available for the right person in our very nice shared house. Its located on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. We are close to stores, restaurants, cafes, banks, small shops and much more. There are bus stops very close to the house, or gas stations- depending on your needs.

Easy 10 minute walk down to the middle of Alki Beach!! We have a decent view of the Sound facing West for amazing sunsets. The deck and living room wall of windows all face the view. The location is really ideal being close to Admiral Junction and walking distance to the beach as well, yet tucked on a quiet street.

The living room has two couches and is a great social space. Hardwood floors make for easy cleaning. The kitchen is a good size and has new granite counter tops, newer refrigerator, new oven and microwave. There's a higher bar counter top that opens up into the dining room. There's a large backyard complete with a koi pond. Large laundry room with washer, dryer, and even a sauna, is downstairs.

The bedroom is on the main floor, it has a large window and decent closet space. The bathroom, shared with two other people, is in good condition with new tile and shower. We like to keep a clean house for all to enjoy- everyone is expected to pick up after themselves and contribute a little time each week to shared house chores.

There's a 7 year old boy that stays here a few nights a week and every other weekend. He has space of his own downstairs, separate from most common areas. He's a good kid and pretty well behaved. Because of this, we keep a respectful and mature household. No hard drugs or heavy drinking. IF YOU ARE AN ALCOHOLIC, DO NOT REPLY. THERE IS NO TOLERANCE FOR EXCESSIVE DRINKING OR HARD DRUG USE. We do keep a quiet house from about 12 to 6 am, and we're all mindful of each other's needs.

A large male dog and a young female puppy are permanent residents. He's friendly and well behaved with people, not so much with other animals. She is full of energy, sweet and very love-able. The dogs are not left out to become other people's problem when the owners are gone. The puppy is put away and the big dog doesn't require anything. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY MORE PETS, SORRY. Outdoor cigarette smoking is fine. 420 present but not prominent.

Rent is $520/month with flat rate utilities of $80/month. Utilities include the power/ water/ garbage plus high speed internet (20Mb/sec. connection to house) Room can be furnished for an additional monthly fee. Sublease is month to month. There will be a written agreement between you and the primary Lesee, along with a $300 Damage/ Security/ Cleaning deposit with first month's rent to move in. No credit-check required, just proof of employment and good references. JUST A FAIR WARNING- I DON'T HAVE PATIENCE FOR PEOPLE WHO 'FLAKE OUT' ON MEETINGS AND SUCH. WE ARE SEEKING RELIABLE PEOPLE WHO HONOR THEIR WORD AND PAY RENT ON TIME.
