couch, TV, 2 tables, minibar, big kitchen with microwave, oven etc. The
apartment has one bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is on a great location, as it is right in front of the 2nd Ave F
subway station and 2 blocks away from the 4,5,6 trains stop.
The building also has a giant rooftop with stunning views of entire Manhattan
(one of the best I've ever seen). Great place to chillout, bring people over
etc
I'm initially subletting the apartment for 2-3 months, but may be able to
extend it. Available on June 1st. Rent is $2000/month plus utilities.
