I am a professional in the music industry going back to Europe for the time of
Aug 3 - September 4.
I can sublet my studio apartment over this time period. And here is the thing:
This Studio is a dream! It is DIRECTLY AT CENTRAL PARK and you have nature
right out of your window. Furthermore it is very clean and furniture is very
modern.
There is a full size bed that offers fairly enough space for two people. And
the couch can be converted into another full size bed.
Furthermore there is a brand new kitchen and the bathroom was renovated in
Spring 2010, so it is all new and clean.
WiFi, High Pressure Shower and Laundromat in the basement are available.
I AM AT THE 1, C & B train. 10 minutes to Midtown and 15 minutes to the West
Village. This is part of the Upper West Side, one of New York's best
neighborhoods.
Great deal, that's for sure
Important:
- take care of the walls and the floor
- clean the bathroom, kitchen, floor, wall and dust before you move out
- do not have parties in the studio.
- don't smoke in the studio
