Our roommate is going abroad for two and a half months- from June 1st - August
15th, so we are looking for someone to sublet his room until he returns.
Basically, the apartment is awesome:
Your bedroom comes fully furnished with a full bed, desk, dresser & small
closet. It faces an isolated courtyard in the back of the building pretty much
giving you the quietest night of sleep in all of the big apple.
You share a bathroom with only one person: the cool girl who is very clean
(the apartment has two bathrooms).
We're located just four blocks from nearly EVERY subway and five blocks from
the beautiful Central Park!
Rent includes: Gas, Electric, Air Conditioning, Cable w/HBO On-Demand & High
Speed Wireless Internet
$1600 per month. Ideally looking for someone to sublet the full summer. So for
2.5 months your rent would be $4,000.
